For those interested in herbs, its well worth visiting The Herb Society's website. They have a wonderful journal for subscribers, but now there are also a number of very interesting articles published online and available for non-members too .. this month a piece on Herbal Vinegars and a very good summary of the History of Herbs in Britain. For those in the UK, there its also a good way to find details of events and courses. Enjoy!
