Love Earth
I found a really beautiful site about the earth .. it is beautiful and informative. It also has galleries of postcards where people are leaving messages about wildlife, nature and the earth. This month's theme is Motherhood and I have left a little postcard tribute .. I know others of you will love this too!

I love your sunflower postcard!
I picked up two packages of sunflower seeds at the store last weekend and plan to grow them for the birds in my garden this summer.

sunflowers are one of my favourites.. i've got some seedlings growing on the kitchen windowsill, hoping to get some early flowers this year :-)

Great sunflower picture...We all need some solar energy to awaken from the Winter!
We have some wild sunflowers growing here in California...They're much smaller and have no seeds to harvest. They also have a tendency to grow in bushes...I like them ;).
Sunflowers are wise plants too...
they are indeed, alchemille! I've got some notes I'll dig out for a post.. need to find them to go with my sunflower cards in the etsy shop
i am quite into sunflowers.. growing 3 types this year, but have to restrict myself to dwarf varieties (as grown in containers on my roof!)
